Write a one-page plan for your night.
Welcome, one easy icebreaker, three to five questions, prayer, and the next date. After you ask a question, give people a moment. Count to ten in your head.
Pick three names.
Pray for each person by name, then send each of them a quick text.
Look at your invite through a guest's eyes.
Could someone new figure out when, where and what to expect in under a minute? Fix anything that's missing.
Picture driving home from group night knowing people felt welcome, heard and cared for.
