Are you guessing how your groups are really doing?
When someone asks how your groups are doing, you've got a number and a gut feeling. You're not alone in that. Most groups ministries grow faster than anyone's ability to keep track of them.
You don't need a big dashboard. You need a couple of simple signals you'll actually look at.
Try one of these this week
Set aside one hour.
Sit down with a Co-Leader, coach or pastor. Write down what your groups are for, sketch how someone goes from curious to connected, and note who helps at each step.
Pick two things to watch.
One that tells you people feel like they belong, and one that tells you how quickly people hear back from you. That's it. Just two.
Put a monthly check-in on the calendar.
One page, those two things, and one question: "What changed, and what might be behind it?"
Picture walking into your next staff meeting knowing exactly how your groups are doing, and what to do next.
Want to think it through out loud?
Grab 30 minutes with me. It's free, and there's no pitch, just a good conversation about your group.
